Honestly speaking this recipe was so unplanned. I was on the process of making almond butter for my brother and suddenly I was like lets turn this into a dark chocolate fudge as i had Hershey’s dark chocolate unsweetened bar just lying on my kitchen counter. Having a super sweet tooth i couldn’t resist to make this delicious almond fudge. Its sugar free healthy dessert so why not right? This turned out to be so rich and satisfying! Its super-duper gooey and tastes super rich. No kidding!
- 2 cups of almonds
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- ½ oz Hershey’s dark chocolate unsweetened
- 2 tbsp. Peanut butter ( I liked it better without the topping)
Why make these dark chocolate almond fudge cups?
- 3 ingredient
- 5 minutes to prepare
- Super healthy
- No sugar added
Add the almonds and honey in a blender and blend it until its combines and turns into a huge fudge paste
Now melt the chocolate and add the chocolate to the blender.
You will see that your fudge is ready. It will be very gooey and sticky.
Make balls out of the fudge and place it in the silicon molds. Flatten it out in your silicon cupcake mold for the best shape.
You don’t need to have silicon molds as such. You can flatten it out in a tray too.
Your fudge is ready here. You could eat it right away or refrigerate it too.
TIP – Do not freeze it as it could get super hard to eat!
You can store this for about a month.
For the topping –
Microwave the peanut butter for about a minute. Once it’s melted drop it on top of the fudge mold.
